Thank you for your interest in Statements' new and exciting products. Our product is handcrafted and decorated by artisans making each piece unique. Slight variations will occur in color and finish, which is a sign of handcraftsmanship.

Terms and Conditions of Trade

Minimum Order - Minimum opening-order quantity is $500.00. Reorder minimum quantities are $250.00. A $25.00 order handling fee will be added to all orders not meeting minimums. All orders are subject to company approval. Please allow a 5% plus/minus quantity deviation from orders.

Prices - All prices are subject to change without notice. For rush orders please specify our Quick-Ship program (15% surcharge applies). Allow 3 working days for shipment.

Payment Terms - We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. On new accounts the first order must be COD, prepaid, or pro-forma. Net-30 day terms provided on approved credit. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on any outstanding balance after 30 days. Should customer default, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees, all of which may be incurred by the holder of this sales order.

Lead Times - Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipping inventory items. Shipping lead times for custom or new introduction items are 8 to 12 weeks.

Shipping - Orders shipped FOB Urbana, Ohio. Freight prepaid and add. Shipping best way available, or choice of carrier specified by customer, shipped freight collect. All products shipped LTL, common carrier, palletized, unless otherwise specified. All shipments are professionally packed to DOT standards. Special packing and handling is required for UPS/FedEx; 15% added for packaging requirements.

Damage/Claims - All shipments should be inspected immediately. Claims for visual damages or shortages must be made with carrier on bill of lading at time of delivery. Carrier assumes full responsibility. Send copy with photo to Statement within seven days. Save all damaged cartons and shipping materials until the claim is settled.

Back Orders - Every effort is made to ship orders quickly and completely. Please specify instructions regarding backorder when ordering, or we will ship without notice. Backorders less than $50.00 will be cancelled.

Product Liability - Manufacturer is not responsible for third party handling. Liability for damages should not exceed purchase price.
