Managing partners Brad Damewood and Tom Burtch bring a combined 35-years of business experience to Statements. They established the company in the latter part of 2003 to fill a specialized product niche in the furnishings and design industry.

Their design mission is synomous with the company's name in that every object of art and accessory in the line is a "statement" piece.

"After analyzing the business a few years ago, both Tom and I recognized that there was so much sameness in the industry. Our goal has always been to create distinctive product that did not look like what was already in the marketplace," remarks Brad Damewood. The company is in its third year in business and counts several of America's top 100 retailers among its valued customers. Statements also supplies several furniture manufacturers for their respective gallery programs.
